Terms & Conditions – Yacht Charter

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the yacht charter services provided by AUREVIA MARINE SERVICES L.L.C (“the Company”) within the United Arab Emirates. By accessing the website, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The charter must be at least 18 years old and provide valid identification upon request. The Company reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Full or partial payment may be required to secure a booking.
  • Prices are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise.
  • Any additional services, extensions, or overtime will be charged separately.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be communicated in advance.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the notice period and the Company’s cancellation policy.
  • No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, no-shows, or early termination of the charter.

5. Use of the Yacht

  • The yacht must be used responsibly and strictly for leisure purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any illegal, unsafe, or prohibited activities are strictly forbidden.
  • The charterer is responsible for any damage caused by guests during the charter period.

6. Safety & Conduct

  • All passengers must comply with safety instructions provided by the crew
  • The Company is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings on board.
  • The Company reserves the right to terminate the charter without refund in the event of unsafe, inappropriate, or non-compliant behavior.

7. Weather & Force Majeure

All charters are subject to weather and sea conditions. The Company reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule charters due to unsafe conditions or events beyond its reasonable control.

8. Liability

  • The Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence on its part.
  • Participation in all yacht-related activities is at the charterer’s and guests’ own risk.

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for booking, operational, and service-related purposes in accordance with applicable UAE data protection practices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
